Contesto geografico ideale per il mare,con spiaggia di sabbia e sassi che si trova a 150 metri raggiungibile mediante stradina privata; per la montagna(parco delle Madonie-stazione sciistica a 30 km), per gli amanti del golf, infatti, a soli 3 Km c'è un bellissimo campo da golf a 18 buche; per gli ampi spazi esterni sia privati che comuni, per la splendida piscina per la gioia dei piccoli e anche dei grandi. Contesto tranquillo. Ottima posizione geografica per raggiungere tutta la Sicilia. La villetta ha ingresso indipendente, nel suo perimetro vi sono alberi, è presente un cortile e un giardino, un ampio porticato e una veranda che ospita una cucina in muratura, un bagno con doccia e lavanderia, e naturalmente la casa con cucina/soggiorno, bagno, 2 camere da letto e ripostiglio. La villetta è arredata e corredata. La piscina è aperta nei mesi di luglio e agosto ed è sorvegliata da un bagnino. Su richiesta, viene fornita culla e sediolone. All'interno della casa è vietato fumare. "
