It's our credo. At HomeExchange, we are convinced that another way of traveling is possible: an inclusive way, where everyone is aware of their impact and respectful in their choices. Tourism based on human relations, where guest is received in a warm way true to the local culture. More than a brand, we are committed to developing a community. Every day, all over the world, between Paris, Cambridge (Massachusetts) and Zagreb, more than 70 people work to grow our community of 450,000 houses and apartments around the world. What makes us strong is the multicultural nature of our team, in which 12 nationalities are represented, our daily motivation, and the close bond that we maintain with our customers: our members.

Composed of members with a wide range of expertise, the board ensures good governance, transparent decision-making and the sustainable development of the organization.
