The success of the photoshoot depends on good preparation before the arrival of the photographer. It's really important to try to hide some little "imperfections" and try to make your amazing house look in its best shape possible. If you need to cancel or postpone your photoshoot, please contact us at least 24 hours before the planned shooting*. In case of rain, we suggest to postpone it to a better weather condition. Please , be aware that one of the most efficient weather conditions for the success of the photoshoot are cloudy days.
*If you cancel with less than 24 hours delay, HomeExchange Collection will lose your photoshoot and you will have to contribute to your own expenses.
1. HomeExchange Collection developed with its partner a certain set of instructions for the photographer to follow. You can interact with the photographer and suggest the best spots (nobody knows your home better than you do).
2. Please provide someone available (if not yourself) during the whole session to guide the photographer. We highly suggest being present during the photoshoot instead of asking a third external person.
3. The photoshoot normally takes up to a max of 1 hour and a half depending on the size of your house. Make sure to respect the time agreed upon because the photographer may have other photoshoots after yours.
You can assist the photographer during the shoot by giving him indications on which assets of your home are most necessary to capture.

1. The photographer sends the photos over to HomeExchange Collection's partner. The partner makes sure the photos match the agreed quality and guidelines.
2. Once checked, the partner sends the photos to HomeExchange Collection who double-checks that the quality matches the standard of the website.
3. When both parties have agreed on the quality of the photos, You will receive via email the results of your home photoshoot sent by the HomeExchange Collection team.
4. After viewing and downloading your images, you will be able to upload your beautiful pictures of your home.
The satisfaction of the quality of the photos is decided and agreed upon by the HomeExchange Collection Team. A reshoot can be granted in case of no compliance with the agreed guidelines. The pictures are free of rights. Once received, you can use them for any personal use.
You will be receiving a reminder of your appointment 2 days before your photoshoot by our partner. For anything else, the HomeExchange Collection team will always be your point of contact for your photoshoot service.
